Create your Business (Compliance) Profile
NEW Twilio step (2025): before anything else, Twilio makes you create a Business Profile. In the Twilio Console go to Trust Hub → Create Compliance Profile → Get started → Select profile type. On the "Business identity" screen, choose Direct Customer.
